The ponds were made after the clay pits were used and closed. There are three bigger and few smaller water basins. You can access the ponds from the macadam road that runs through the fields from the highway Trebnje - Sevnica,turning at the joinery Berk. It is necessary to cross the railroad Sevnica - Trebnje. .The ponds are situated in cozy forested area with enough space to park directly along water.The carps to be caught on hook are being regularly put in in the water which is also home to gibel carps, grass carps and smallfish.The ponds are also well known for their first class specimens of pikes.
