The district spreads from the little river island in Batuje-just below the village of Preserje to the inflow of the creek Oševljek in Arčoni and is salmonid in character. Big and deep pools make an ideal home to large marble trouts, smaller and shallower ones are mostly home to graylings and rainbow trouts.
The part of the district from the bridge for Gradišče at sewage treatment in Prvačina to the inflow of the creek Oševljek is RESERVATION where fishing is forbidden except for fishing of catfish.
An ideal district for all fly fishing lovers who want to catch some first class fish!
