It is allowed to fish with fly rod and one artificial fly and using barbless hooks! It is forbidden to use artificial fly longer than 35mm (measured from the eye of the hook to its tail) in October. Use only barbless hooks or hooks with pressed barbs! Extra weight (split shot) on the mono is not allowed.
